The Village Board may from time to time amend, supplement, or change by ordinance the boundaries of the areas or regulations herein established. Any proposed change shall first be submitted to the Planning Commission, who shall hold a public hearing for its recommendation and report. Notice of time and place of such hearing shall be given by publication thereof once each week for two successive weeks in the official newspaper of the village or posting in three public places within the village.
