(A) Mobile restaurants are permitted in all non-residential zoning districts of the village. The Village
Board, by resolution, may identify additional streets and public areas where parking by mobile food vehicles is permitted.
(B) If operating on private property, they shall produce written permission from the property owner or lessee.
(C) Operation on public property shall be limited to special events, which shall be pre-approved by the Village Board.
(D) The Village Board shall have the right to waive or alter permit fees on a case-by-case basis.
