§ 30.12 LEASE OF HARBOR FACILITIES.
   The Village Board, at its discretion, may from time to time lease the harbor facilities to a private individual, partnership, or corporation. When such harbor facilities are so leased, compliance with this subchapter shall be suspended, and the terms of the lease shall control harbor administration.
