§ 110.52 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   A violation of this subchapter by a duly authorized agent or employee of a licensee or permit holder shall constitute a violation by the licensee or permit holder. Whenever the holder of any license or permit under this subchapter shall violate any portion of this subchapter, proceedings for the revocation of such license or permit may be instituted in the manner and under the procedure established by Wis. Stat. § 125.12, and the provision therein relating to granting a new license shall likewise be applicable.
