§ 110.42 LICENSE CLASSES; FEES.
   There shall be two classes of licenses.
   (A)   Retail Class A liquor license.
      (1)   A retail Class A liquor license, when issued by the Village Clerk under authority of the Board, shall permit retail sales of intoxicating liquors only in original packages or containers to be consumed off the premises so licensed. The fee for such retail Class A liquor license shall be $500 per year.
      (2)   There shall be imposed upon Class B liquor licenses a quota within the village, as determined by Wis. Stat. § 125.51(4). QUOTA is defined as the number of Class B licenses the village may grant or have issued during any one licensing year.
   (B)   Retail Class B liquor license. A retail Class B liquor license, when issued by the Village Clerk under authority of the Board, shall permit the retail sale of intoxicating liquors to be consumed by the glass only on the premises where sold and in the original package or containers in multiples not to exceed four liters at any one time and to be consumed off the premises. Wine may be sold in the original package or container in any quantity to be consumed off the premises where sold. The fee for such retail Class B liquor license shall be $500.
