Except as otherwise specifically provided in this subchapter, the statutory provisions of Wis. Stat. §§ 125.01 through 125.51 and 125.51 through 125.70 describing and defining regulations with respect to the sale of alcoholic beverages, exclusive of any regulation for which no statutory penalty is a fine or term of imprisonment, are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this subchapter as if set forth fully herein. Any act required to be performed or prohibited by any statute incorporated herein by reference is required or prohibited by this subchapter. Any future amendment or revisions or modifications of the statutes incorporated herein are intended to be made part of this subchapter in order to secure, to the extent legally practicable, uniform state-wide regulations of sales of alcoholic beverages.
