§ 30.05 EXPENDITURES; HARBOR FUND.
   There is created a Harbor Fund, and the Village Board shall, from time to time, make appropriations for this Fund. Money will be paid out of the Harbor Fund only on orders signed by the President and Secretary of the Board of Harbor Commissioners after allowances of the claims made by the Board are entered into its minutes.
