§ 93.25 ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   The Police Department, or their designated representative, shall have authority to enforce all lawful regulations affecting the Pepin Harbor. It shall be the duty of the Police Department to carry out the orders of the Village Board and to enforce all regulations and laws of the village and state laws affecting the waters in the Pepin Harbor area.
