§ 72.68 PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE.
   As part of the certificate process, the owner of the commercial golf cart must provide a certificate of insurance listing company, policy term and minimum limits of liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence/annual aggregate of $300,000 per accident and $5,000 medical before a certificate is issued.
