§ 72.66 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CERTIFICATE. Dealing with commercial golf cart shuttle service within the village limits.
   COMMERCIAL GOLF CART SHUTTLE. A motorized vehicle with four wheels that is not designed to be operated at a speed of more than 25 mph engaged in the business of carrying passengers for hire. Said golf cart is required to have a minimum wheel base of 95 inches and seat a minimum of six people, including the driver.
