§ 72.36 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   GOLF CART. A motorized vehicle with four wheels that is not designed to be operated at a speed of more than 25 mph. GOLF CART is generally designed to carry four persons, including the driver.
