(A) Effective July 1, 2023, for the fiscal year of 2024:
(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $29.75 per month and a use rate of $0.005090 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $29.75 per month and a use rate of $0.010359 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $199.78 per month and a use rate of $0.010359 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $29.75 per month and a use rate of $0.010359 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $199.78 per month and a use rate of $0.010359 per gallon;
(6) The sewer rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $44.62 and a use rate of $0.007643; and
(7) Customers who pay for sewer services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.00836029.
(B) For the fiscal year of 2025:
(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $30.64 per month and a use rate of $0.005243 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $30.64 per month and a use rate of $0.010670 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $205.77 per month and a use rate of $0.010670 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $30.64 per month and a use rate of $0.010670 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $205.77 per month and a use rate of $0.010670 per gallon;
(6) The sewer rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $45.96 and a use rate of $0.007872; and
(7) Customers who pay for sewer services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.00852749.
(C) For the fiscal year of 2026:
(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $31.25 per month and a use rate of $0.005348 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $31.25 per month and a use rate of $0.010883 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $209.89 per month and a use rate of $0.010883 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $31.25 per month and a use rate of $0.010883 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $209.89 per month and a use rate of $0.010883 per gallon;
(6) The sewer rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $46.88 and a use rate of $0.008029; and
(7) Customers who pay for sewer services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.00869804.
(D) For the fiscal year of 2027:
(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $31.88 per month and a use rate of $0.005455 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $31.88 per month and a use rate of $0.011101 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $214.09 per month and a use rate of $0.011101 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $31.88 per month and a use rate of $0.011101 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $214.09 per month and a use rate of $0.011101 per gallon;
(6) The sewer rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $47.82 and a use rate of $0.008190; and
(7) Customers who pay for sewer services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.008872.
(E) For the fiscal year of 2028:
(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $32.52 per month and a use rate of $0.005564 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $32.52 per month and a use rate of $0.011323 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $218.37 per month and a use rate of $0.011323 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $32.52 per month and a use rate of $0.011323 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $218.37 per month and a use rate of $0.011323 per gallon;
(6) The sewer rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $48.78 and a use rate of $0.008354; and
(7) Customers who pay for sewer services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.00904944.
