(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $20.8182 per month and a use rate of $0.00289606 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $20.8182 per month and a use rate of $0.00557352 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $75.9594 per month and a use rate of $0.00557352 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $20.8182 per month and a use rate of $0.00557352 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $75.9594 per month and a use rate of $0.00557352 per gallon;
(6) The water rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $31.2324 and a use rate of $0.00434408; and
(7) Customers who pay for water services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.00836029.
(B) For the fiscal year of 2025:
(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $21.234564 per month and a use rate of $0.00295398 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $21.234564 per month and a use rate of $0.005685 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $77.4785 per month and a use rate of $0.005685 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $21.234564 per month and a use rate of $0.005685 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $77.478588 per month and a use rate of $0.005685 per gallon;
(6) The water rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $31.857048 and a use rate of $0.00443096; and
(7) Customers who pay for water services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.00852749.
(C) For the fiscal year of 2026:
(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $21.6592553 per month and a use rate of $0.00301306 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $21.6592553 per month and a use rate of $0.0057987 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $79.0281598 per month and a use rate of $0.0057987 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $21.6592553 per month and a use rate of $0.0057987 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $79.0281598 per month and a use rate of $0.0057987 per gallon;
(6) The water rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $32.494189 and a use rate of $0.00451958; and
(7) Customers who pay for water services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.00869804.
(D) For the fiscal year of 2027:
(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $22.0924404 per month and a use rate of $0.00307332 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $22.0924404 per month and a use rate of $0.00591467 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $80.608723 per month and a use rate of $0.00591467 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $22.0924404 per month and a use rate of $0.00591467 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $80.608723 per month and a use rate of $0.00591467 per gallon;
(6) The water rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $33.1440727 and a use rate of $0.00460997; and
(7) Customers who pay for water services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.008872.
(E) For the fiscal year of 2028:
(1) Residential customers shall pay a flat fee per month of $22.5342892 per month and a use rate of $0.00313478 per gallon;
(2) Industrial customers shall pay a flat fee of $22.5342892 per month and a use rate of $0.00603296 per gallon;
(3) Industrial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $82.2208974 per month and a use rate of $0.00603296 per gallon;
(4) Commercial customers shall pay a flat fee of $22.5342892 per month and a use rate of $0.00603296 per gallon;
(5) Commercial customers using 20,001 gallons or more per month shall pay a flat rate of $82.2208974 per month and a use rate of $0.00603296 per gallon;
(6) The water rate for Thunder Ridge shall begin at a flat fee of $33.8069542 and a use rate of $0.00470217; and
(7) Customers who pay for water services in bulk shall pay a flat fee of $50 and a use rate of $0.00904944.
