§ 156.070 RECORDS OF INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR ACTIVITIES.

Parties responsible for the operation and maintenance of stormwater BMPs shall make records of the installation permanent. Maintenance and repair records shall be retained for ten years. These records shall be made available to the city during inspection of the facility and at other reasonable times upon request.
