After construction is completed, applicants are required to submit actual “as built” drawings satisfactory to the city for any stormwater BMPs located on-site. The drawings must show the final design specifications for all stormwater BMPs and must be certified by a professional engineer. A final inspection by the city is required before the release of any performance securities can occur.
