(A) There is hereby created a Board of Directors to provide leadership, organization, structure, and planning for the City Community Centre and City Sports Complex. The City Community Centre Board of Directors shall consist of five members, who are members in good standing of the City Community Centre, and none of whom hold any elective position in the city government.
(B) Appointments to the Board of Directors shall be recommended by the Board and approved by the City Council. The City Council shall have the authority and power to remove a Board member based on recommendation of the Board.
