Stormwater management plans and permits are required for any of the following:
(A) Required for new development and redevelopment site with one-acre or more of land disturbing area.
(B) Development requiring a subdivision plat.
(C) Commercial or industrial development that requires a certified survey map.
(D) Any new development or redevelopment, regardless of size, with a standard industrial classification (SIC) code that falls under the NPDES industrial stormwater permit program or a hotspot land use.
