All signs shall be kept in good repair and free from peeling paint, rust, damaged, or rotted supports, framework, or other material, broken or missing faces, or missing letters. If the sign is to be repaired, a corrective action plan shall be provided to the Zoning Administrator, within ten calendar days of notification that sign is not in compliance. Any signs not maintained may be ordered to be removed.
