§ 150.066 VIOLATIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation within the jurisdictional limits of the city to erect, cause, or continue any attractive, common, or public nuisance declared by any provision of this code or ordinances, or any code or ordinance herein adopted by reference; or to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert, demolish, equip, use, or maintain any mechanical systems or equipment, or any portion or combination thereof, or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of this code or any code or ordinance herein adopted by reference; or ordinance or any code or ordinance herein adopted by reference.
