§ 150.005 EXPENSES TO ENABLE INVESTIGATIONS.
   All expenses incurred by any person to enable inspections in relation to new construction, repairs, remodeling, or reconstruction, or in relation to buildings or structures moved into or within the city, are not the responsibility of the city or its contracted inspection firm.
