§ 150.004 DUTIES OWED TO PUBLIC ONLY.
   The duties of the Building Official, the Building Services Department, and the Building Code Committee are owed to the city. Nothing herein shall be construed to create any legal or contractual duty owed to any special class of citizen or to authorize them to assume any such duty in the performance of any function under this chapter.
