§ 131.50 SEIZURE OF FIREWORKS.
   The Police Chief may seize, take, remove, or cause to be removed, at the expense of the owner, all consumer fireworks or display fireworks, offered or exposed for sale, used, stored, possessed, or held in violation of this subchapter.
