§ 131.46 PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to manufacture fireworks within the city limits.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to sell display fireworks within the city limits.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for a person to possess, use, or explode display fireworks, except in possession of and in compliance with all requirements of a permit issued by the city under §§ 131.45 through 131.51.
