§ 131.16 PUBLIC MORALS.
   (A)   Indecent exposure. It shall be unlawful for any person to expose such person’s genitals, pubes, female nipples, or buttocks to a person other than the person’s spouse, or who commits a sex act in the presence or view of a third person, if the person does so to arouse or satisfy the sexual desires of either party and the person knows, or reasonably should know, that the act is offensive to the viewer (per Iowa Code § 709.9).
   (B)   Public urination/defecation. It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in a public place, other than a structure equipped with a toilet and/or urinal, in the presence of or in view of another person if the person knows, or reasonably should know, that such behavior would be offensive to a reasonable person.
