(A) After giving a licensee 30 days notice and after a hearing, the Clerk may revoke any license issued under this chapter for the following reasons:
(1) The licensee has made fraudulent statements in the application for the license or in the conduct of the business;
(2) The licensee has violated this chapter or has otherwise conducted the business in an unlawful manner; and
(3) The licensee has conducted the business in such manner as to endanger the public welfare, health, safety, order, or morals.
(B) The notice shall be in writing and shall be served personally or as required for personal service by the Iowa Rules of Civil Procedure. The notice shall state the time and place of the hearing, and the reasons for the intended revocation.
