(A) At the time of the submittal of a permit application, the applicant shall pay to the city the applicable permit fee in addition to any applicable inspection fee(s). The fee schedule will bet set by resolution and may be modified from time to time with approval by resolution of the City Council.
(B) Any vendor who surrenders their permit prior to the date of expiration shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fee.
