SCHEDULE I. SPEED LIMITS.

It is hereby determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that the speed permitted by state law upon the following streets or portions thereof is greater than is necessary for the safe operation of vehicles thereon, and it is declared that the maximum speed limit upon these streets or portions thereof described shall be as follows:

(A) Cox Springs Road: 25 mph; and

(B) All other city streets: 25 mph.
