§ 72.51 EQUIPMENT.

   ATVs and UTVs operated upon city streets shall be equipped with the addition of the following:

   (A)   Brakes lights (per Iowa Code § 321.13);

   (B)   Headlights;

   (C)   Taillights;

   (D)   Rear mirrors;

   (E)   Side mirrors;

   (F)   Safety belts (UTVs only);

   (G)   Muffler system limiting engine noise to not more than 86 decibels and/or no modified exhaust (per Iowa Code § 321.12); and

   (H)   Horn (per Iowa Code § 321.12).
