§ 72.45 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to permit the operation of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and off-road utility vehicles/utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) on certain streets in the city. This chapter applies whenever an ATV or UTV is operated on any street or alley of the city.
