§ 72.25 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates, or requires, a different meaning.
   OPERATE. To control the operation of a snowmobile.
   OPERATOR. A person who operates or is in actual control of a snowmobile.
   SNOWMOBILE. A self-propelled vehicle designed for travel on snow or ice in a natural terrain steered by wheels, skis, or runners.
