(A) No person shall ride a bicycle on a sidewalk within a business district.
(B) When signs are erected on a sidewalk or roadway prohibiting the riding of bicycles on the sidewalk or roadway, no person shall disobey such signs.
(C) Whenever a person is riding a bicycle upon a sidewalk, the person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and shall give a timely audible signal before overtaking and passing a pedestrian.
