§ 70.077 STOPS AT INTERSECTING THROUGH HIGHWAYS; OTHER INTERSECTIONS.
   At the intersections of through highways and at intersections upon streets other than through highways where, because of heavy cross-traffic or other traffic conditions, particular hazard exists, police officers are hereby authorized to determine whether vehicles shall stop or yield at one or more entrances to the intersection and shall present recommendations to the Council, and, upon approval of the Council, shall erect an appropriate sign at every place where a stop or yield is required.
