(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Non-residents of the city found to be depositing any type of waste, including, but not limited to, residential yard and garden waste, will be subject to maximum civil penalties of up to $750 per violation and costs of related to the removal or abatement of the deposited waste.
