§ 53.12 NUISANCE.

In the event any person is in violation of this chapter or federal law or regulations, state law, or the regulations of the State Department of Natural Resources, county ordinances, or the regulations of the County Board of Health, such violation shall constitute a nuisance and the city may abate the nuisance.
