§ 53.08 DISPOSAL OF HAZARDOUS WASTE.

Disposal of hazardous waste shall be the responsibility of the owner, operator, or occupant of a residence and such person shall be required to comply with all governmental regulations regarding said disposal and shall be required to pay any costs thereof.
