All mixed household waste to be collected by the City Contractor shall be stored for collection in a solid waste container or a garbage bag not greater than 30 gallons in size. Only mixed household waste, as defined by this chapter and the regulations of the Council, shall be stored in those containers and picked up for collection by the City Contractor.
