A. Every person or agent acting for or on behalf of any such corporation, company or association shall, on or before July 15 of each year, render to the village clerk a full, true and just account under oath of all the premiums which shall have been received by him or other persons for him in behalf of any such corporation, company or association during the year ending on July 1 preceding such report and shall, at the same time, pay to the village treasurer the amounts due the village.
B. All monies to be paid by the said corporations, companies or associations shall be due upon July 1 each year based upon the amount of premiums collected by the corporations, companies or associations for the year preceding July 1. (Ord. 118, 7-17-1933)
