The committee shall make recommendations to the Village Board regarding the following matters:
A. Expansion or termination of any business development district existing within the Village.
B. The creation of new business development districts.
C. The expenditure of funds generated by any business development district within the Village.
D. Such other duties as the President or Board of Trustees may from time to time assign to the committee.
The Village Board shall consider recommendations made by the committee, but shall have no obligation to accept those recommendations. (Ord. 2018-1577, 12-4-2018)
