Members of the committee shall be appointed by the President of the Village with the consent of the Board of Trustees. The terms of office of the members of the committee shall be four (4) years and until their respective successors shall be appointed and qualified; provided that members serving on the committee as of December 4, 2018, shall serve for the term for which they were initially appointed.
