A. The building inspector is hereby authorized and directed to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter. Upon presentation of proper credentials, the building inspector or his duly authorized representative may enter, at reasonable times, any building, structure or premises in the Village to perform any duty imposed upon him by this chapter.
B. Where there is any ambiguity or dispute concerning the interpretation of this chapter, the decision of the building inspector shall prevail, subject to appeal as provided herein. (Ord. 2015-1450, 8-4-2015)
