7-2-10: LOADING AND UNLOADING:
   A.   No vehicle shall stand backed up to the curb except when actually loading or unloading. (1914 Code § 10-56; amd. 2016 Code)
   B.   A vehicle waiting at the curb shall give place to a vehicle about to load or unload. (1914 Code § 10-56)
