6-6-15: PUBLIC INTOXICATION; SLEEPING IN PUBLIC:
No person shall be found drunk or intoxicated or asleep in or upon any street, alley, public square or public place within the limits of the village, or in or upon any private lot or premises, without the consent of the lawful occupant thereof. (1914 Code § 10-4; amd. 2016 Code)
