6-6-10: INTERFERENCE WITH VILLAGE WIRELESS RECEPTION:
No person shall have in his or her possession or own or operate in the village any type of radio receiver, transceiver or transmitter so constructed that it emits energy or radio waves so tuned as to cause interference with the mobile or portable unit of radio equipment in use by the village police department, on frequencies now assigned to the village police department, or on frequencies that may be assigned in the future to the village police department by the federal communications commission.
