6-6-9: POSTING ADVERTISEMENTS:
No person shall stick, nail, paint, brand or stamp, or in any other manner put upon any house, fence, wall, pavement or other public or private place in the village, any written, printed, painted or other advertisement, bill, notice, sign or poster, without having first obtained the consent of the owner or occupant, or officer having control of any such house, fence, wall, pavement or other public or private place.
