The violation of any provision of this chapter pertaining to the licensing of kennels shall upon conviction, result in the revocation of license privileges by the issuing entity for a period of not less than three (3) months nor more than two (2) years, the length of such revocation period to be determined by the number and severity of the violations. After expiration of the revocation period, said kennel license shall not be automatically reinstated. The former licensee must reapply for the license and show an ability to conform to any and all applicable ordinance provisions. Upon a satisfactory showing of conformance, a new kennel license may be issued. (Ord. 2016-1463, 3-15-2016)
