EMERGENCY SERVICES: Includes requests by phone using the "9-1-1" emergency telephone system or direct request to the Peoria Heights communications center, the Peoria Heights fire department, or the Peoria Heights police department including, without limitation, the transportation of a person to a facility or hospital, and to provide basic life support and advanced life support services.
PERSON: Includes every natural person, firm, copartnership, limited partnership, or association or the employees, officers, or agents of any of the entities set forth in this definition. (Ord. 2009-1321, 1-5-2010; amd. 2016 Code)
