2-4-3: TREASURER:

The Village treasurer shall be ex officio treasurer of the Board of Trustees for the Firefighter's Pension Fund and shall be the custodian of the Pension Fund, subject to the control and direction of the Board of Trustees. An annual list of beneficiaries and report of funds shall be made as required by law. (Ord. 2023-1711, 10-17-2023)
