A. Containers for single-family dwellings shall not be set out for garbage pick up earlier than three o'clock (3:00) P.M. on the day preceding garbage pick up. Containers shall be retrieved and returned to the premises within twenty four (24) hours after garbage pick up.
B. In two-family dwellings or multiple-family dwellings of less than five (5) units, it is the responsibility of the owner, tenant and occupant to place and retrieve containers within the same guidelines provided for single-family dwellings in subsection A of this section.
