4-7-7: POSSESSION OF LICENSE REQUIRED:

Any person licensed pursuant to this chapter shall, at all times while engaged in the activities regulated by this chapter, keep said license in his or her possession and shall display the same upon the demand of any police officer or upon the request of any person whose premises he seeks to enter.
