Upon receipt of an application for a license under this chapter, the village president shall cause a copy thereof to be sent to the police department and the building inspector, each of which shall report back to the president within twenty one (21) days whether the applicant and the proposed location of the secondhand dealership is in accordance with applicable village codes.
